FORM 1 - EXHIBITOR PROFILE

Kolej Universiti Teknikal Kebangsaan Malaysia (KUTKM) is situated in the historical state of Melaka, Malaysia. It is the first technical university in Malaysia. KUTKM specialize in engineering and information technology fields. The establishment of KUTKM is to produce more high quality and high efficiency professionals to meet the needs of the industry. KUTKM is implementing practice and application oriented technical education. Students learn to practice & apply the professional knowledge. KUTKM also establish collaborations with various industries especially in research & development (R & D) activities besides assisting them in solving their industrial problems.

 

1. KUTKM is interested in enrolling undergraduate & postgraduate students.

 

2. KUTKM specialize in engineering & ICT. All degree programmes in engineering & ICT would be promoted. For postgraduate programmes, other than research base study in engineering & ICT, KUTKM would like to also promote programmes in technology management & entrepreneurship.

 

3. All students have to go through 6 months of industrial training in the industry. Teaching & learning at KUTKM is ‘Practice & Application Oriented’ and involve:

-         Competency Development

-         Action Based Learning

-         Simulation of Real Situations and Problems

-         Solving Industry Related Problems

 

KUTKM’s graduates shall have the following attribute:
