In just 40 years, the University of Warwick has propelled itself into being one of the top universities in the UK for both teaching and research. Ranked 5th for research by the Higher Education Funding Council RAE in 2001 and with 22 out of 24 academic departments so far assessed as excellent for the quality of teaching.

 

Each of the 15,500 students will be studying in one of 27 departments in the one of 4 faculties of  Social Studies, (including Warwick Business School), Science, Humanities and Medicine. With 3,500 overseas students from over120 countries, the campus is a truly internationally place to be.

 
Living at Warwick is not just about academic study but about enjoying yourself too! There is certainly a lot to get involved in while you are here; the Arts Centre is a social whirl of activity all year round with national and international drama, dance and music performances. The Students’ Union is a great venue for club-life, sporting and cultural activities on the campus, as well as being the centre for ‘One World Week’ which is the highlight of the Students’ Union calendar raising global awareness and cultural issues.
